Contact the Insured
- Within one hour following initial instruction / appointment by the insurer.
- On the very day of instruction / appointment if claim is not urgent.
Visit the Insured
- Either on the same day of instruction / appointment by the insurer.
- On any day and time agreed with the insured or broker for the visit and inspection of the loss.
Issue Preliminary Reports
- Within four (4) working days of instruction / appointment letter from the insurer.
- Preliminary report will briefly describe the initial findings during the preliminary inspection and investigation up to date.
Keep Insured and/or Broker informed at all times
- Writing either on the same day or next day of our initial visit.
- Replying all correspondences within two (2) working days.
- Issuing reminders every ten (10) working days.
- Returning calls within 24 hours
Update insurer at regular intervals by
- Replying to all correspondences within three working days.
- Issuing Interim Payment reports within two working days of agreement.
- Reviewing the reserve and update every fifteen (15) working days.
Issue Final Reports
- Within two days of receiving the Acceptance Form.
- Within one week of final discussion if no Acceptance Form is required.
